How the model works

The meter

One transaction is one completed wallet interaction. Issuing any number of credentials to a wallet in a single offer counts as one. Verifying a presentation counts as one, whatever number of credentials or attributes it carries. A completed signature request counts as one. Failed and abandoned interactions are free.

The sandbox

Sandbox transactions are unmetered on every plan, including the free one, so you can build and test the full issuer, verifier and signing flows without watching a counter. Only production usage reaches the meter.

Going over the included volume

Nothing stops. Usage above the volume included in your plan is billed per transaction, and that per-transaction rate falls as the plan gets larger. Sandbox is the exception: its production volume is 0, so move up to Starter when you are ready for production.

Prices and quotes

We are finalising the price list ahead of launch, and we would rather quote you than publish a number we then move. Get in touch and we will give you the figure for your plan and your volume. When the list is published, every plan's price will appear on this page, Enterprise included — only Partner and the EBW beta stay quoted.

Annual billing

Paying annually lowers the monthly rate. It is a cheaper rate, not a set of free months. You can switch at any time, and the new rate applies from the next term.

Currency and VAT

Prices are in euro and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

Intermediary service

We assist with relying-party registration in the national register and with obtaining and managing access certificates: we prepare the submission, supply the technical details, and keep the registration current as your use cases change. The registration stays in your name, and the national supervisory body decides.

External attribute providers

Credential data does not have to live with us. We connect to your systems, or to a third-party source, and fetch the attributes at issuance time.

Compliance

A data processing agreement under GDPR Art. 28 is part of our standard terms on every plan, Sandbox included — it is not something we sell. The compliance pack adds what an enterprise procurement or risk function asks for: the DORA Art. 30 contractual provisions, our technical and organisational measures, the sub-processor register, and the security whitepaper. Audit support is the hands-on work on top of that.

Partner

For organisations that want more than a subscription. We model your credentials and data with you, build and maintain the integration into your systems, deploy self-hosted or on-premise if you need it, and commit to a shared roadmap. It includes everything in Enterprise and is priced per engagement on an annual contract. Partner is also the route for anyone who needs a deployment model or a scale we do not list, and for public bodies, education and non-profits.
